Project description

Mazen is a well-established eyewear manufacturer with more than 4000 employees, OEM-oriented across East and South Asia. Under the pandemic, they would like to launch an e-commerce platform to promote their own brand and products. Our objective is to help Mazen build their own brand identity and at the same time provide user-centered solutions to make their platform stand out from all competitors. To gain insight, we did some secondary research on our competitors and we also conducted more than 10 interviews and a follow-up survey, in order to see from users' perspectives.
