Xccelerate developed a tailor-made UX design course for a leading business process outsourcing (“BPO”) services provider in Hong Kong that covers financial printing and marketing collateral printing projects. 25 Trainees were brought up to speed with the latest UX/UI trends and methodologies for modern web and mobile application design and delivery. The course was delivered by an expert practitioner with agile experience to address skills gaps between print design and digital design. Xccelerate’s proprietary curriculum also covered differences between easy-to-use products and difficult-to-use products, User Experience Design (UXD) & the importance of user-centric approach in delivering solutions for enterprise clients. Employees were immediately able to conduct user-test using a single design and developed low fidelity prototyping skils to enhance the design solutions based on test results.
