Investing in talent across the firm invited us to conduct hands-on training across its team on agile, analytics and blockchain. A series of sessions were held spread across 2 months and resulted in generating some useful insights from their internal data sets which were brought to this training. They discovered the world of data science and learnt some useful tools and libraries which could help automate some of their manual work. Besides they were also made to think about how to apply the newer technologies for their strategic initiatives and realise how data and automation would play a critical role in the future
